An institution can only grow when there is proper coordination between students, administration, teaching staffs and the guardians. Guardians always have certain expectation from the institutions as they are paying it for the future of their kids. Therefore, these expectations should always be properly addressed by the institution to run it smoothly.

As a Chairman of PTA, I am really happy about how Small Heaven has always kept the parent's expectations in the first place. The frequent PTMs organized by the institution has helped to strengthen the relationship between the school and the parents. SHS also involves PTA in every small and big decision that it takes which is praiseworthy. The concern of the teachers for the students is also very good at this institution. The guardians of the students are frequently contacted to inform them about the current status of their child. I can proudly say that the relation of the school and the parents are commendable at this institution till date. I look forward from the institution to work more in coordination with the PTA in the days to come.
